Detailed rules of cooperation with the Laboratory are listed below.

Terms of Service — Best Pick Lab

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms define rules for using the website available at [Website URL] and general conditions of prosthetic and orthodontic services provided by [Full Company Name], with registered office in [City], Tax ID: [Number], hereinafter referred to as the "Laboratory".
  2. A Laboratory client may be an entity conducting business in dental or medical services (B2B model).
  3. Using the website means acceptance of these Terms.

2. Placing orders

  1. Orders for orthodontic works (e.g. fixed appliances, removable appliances, splints, aligners) are accepted:
  • Via order form in the website (if available).
  • By email to: kontakt@bestpicklab.pl.
  • In person or by courier with attached paper order form.
  1. A condition to start production is providing correctly taken physical impressions or intraoral scans (STL files) and a precise order description.
  2. The Laboratory reserves the right to refuse an order in case of technical defects in delivered impressions and will immediately inform the Client.

3. Timelines and delivery

  1. Standard order lead time is up to 14 business days from receiving complete materials, unless agreed otherwise.
  2. Costs of delivering impressions to the Laboratory are covered by the Client, unless agreed otherwise.
  3. Finished works are returned by courier or delivered by Laboratory transport.
  4. A detailed schedule and logistics description is available on the Partnership.

4. Payments

  1. Service prices are defined in the current Laboratory price list, available on the website or provided on request.
  2. VAT invoice issued by the Laboratory is the payment basis.
  3. Payment term is 14 days from invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
  4. The Laboratory may suspend further orders in case of overdue payments by the Client.

5. Warranty and complaints

  1. The Laboratory grants warranty for completed works for up to 2 months from delivery date.
  2. Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email immediately after identifying a defect.
  3. Complaint must include: defective work, working model, and a new impression/scan (if required for correction).
  4. Complaint does not cover mechanical damage caused by improper patient use or clinical fitting errors.
  5. Detailed warranty terms are available on the Partnership.

6. Liability

  1. The Laboratory is responsible for performing work according to medical order and dental technical standards.
  2. The Laboratory is not responsible for errors caused by illegible orders or incorrectly taken impressions by the Client.

7. Intellectual property

All texts, photos and graphics on the website are the property of the Laboratory and protected by law. Copying them without consent is prohibited.

8. Final provisions

  1. The Laboratory reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes become effective on publication on the website.
  2. For matters not regulated by these Terms, provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable Polish laws apply.
  3. Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Laboratory registered office.
